Winners of the RuffaloCODY Scholarship Program will have full access to the Users Group Conference, participating in the full range of workshops and professional enrichment sessions, which inlcude roundtable discussions led by professionals in specific fields, presentations by distinguished speakers, and other special programs. In addition, recipients will have invaluable 'networking' opportunities at meals, during social hours and between sessions.

Phonathon Managers Workshop - $225
Sunday, July 27 - 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Presented by Advancement Solutions consultant Jason Fisher. This informative and interactive half-day session will focus on the key tools a phonathon manager needs to be successful in the quest for maximum productivity and efficiency. This year's topics will be centered on planning and preparing a comprehensive phonathon program, including strategies and philosophies of segmentation, recruiting and retention, caller training, scripting, statistical forecasting, developing policies and procedures, and more. The workshop is open to managers of all experience levels seeking an edge for their phonathon, but may especially be helpful to those with limited background in managing a call center.
CAMPUSCALL Training - $899
Friday, July 25, Saturday, July 26, and the morning of Sunday, July 27
This session will include hands-on upgrade training for CAMPUSCALL system version 3 for clients who plan to upgrade to CAMPUSCALL 3 in the next six months. The agenda is a condensed version of the full new client training we perform on campus and is exactly what we conduct for clients upgrading from v2.6. This two and a half workshop provides an additional training opportunity for clients who have new personnel that were not included in the initial system training, or who have not had any formal training on the system. This is a great opportunity to make sure all members of your staff are getting the most out of the CAMPUSCALL system.
