Learning Styles – ever wonder why one caller takes copious notes and the next one doesn’t?  Learning Styles will help you understand how people learn and how you can modify your training skills to impact your entire staff.

Training Your Staff – proven communication skills and calling processes that will enhance your program.

Working Styles – how do you talk to a non-responsive student with a telephone?  Working Styles will teach you this and more.

Types of Calls – Your Calling Calendar – examine your individual calling calendar based on the types of calls you should be making and when.

Coaching & Monitoring Your Staff – the key to success is caller quality.  Coaching and monitoring will help get you there.

Motivation – techniques to keep your staff motivated throughout the calling program.

Goal Setting – completes per hour, contacts per hour, how many calls should you be making each hour?  Learn industry standards to create your individual plan.

Tracking Your Results – Statistical analysis is an important factor in all Telecounseling programs.  You will learn which stats are important for your program.
