RuffaloCODY assists admissions offices across the country with their recruiting efforts, and for the 12th year offers this training as a part of its comprehensive line of products and services.

This two-day workshop is designed for supervisors of telecounseling programs. Supervisors will gain insights and direction to help organize and manage a successful telecounseling program. Our instructors have worked with callers and supervisors for more than 10 years in the fields of telecounseling, telemarketing and enrollment management.
