This annual offering is a three-day training designed for supervisors of calling programs.
This comprehensive training will take you through the design, implementation, operation and
analysis of any calling program. Each participant will leave the three days with not only some
great ideas and knowledge, but also a binder full of information to run a successful calling
program.
Onsite Telecounseling Training
We will come to your campus for a day and a half of training. This includes group training as
