STEP 1. BUILD THE MODEL
The modeling process begins with an extensive analysis of up to three years of internal historical data. STEP 2. REVIEW FINDINGS
Once the model has been developed and tested for validity, your RuffaloCODY account executive will review the findings with you to ensure your understanding of and agreement with the results. Predictive Modeling helps take the "guesswork" out of strategically planning your recruitment efforts. The results of the model offer statistically significant findings on which to base your recruitment decisions and target your messages. A primary goal in developing the model is to have 90% of the students reaching the desired outcome identified from with the top 40% of the records run through the model. This finding helps to focus efforts on those segments most likely to reach the desired outcome. The benefit to you is a more efficient use of both financial and human resources, focusing on those students most interested in your institution.

Many institutions report substantial cost-savings because they can, with a high level of confidence, identify students who historically fall into the lower 60% of the population and design less costly methods of communication for this less-likely cohort.
