Anthony Arrington has 14 years of nonprofit and commercial calling program experience. Today, Mr. Arrington shares his expertise as a consultant for Advancement Solutions. He began his career in college and university fundraising with RuffaloCODY in 1996, serving as program manager for one of RuffaloCODY's first on-campus phonathon programs at The University of California, Los Angeles. His success in helping rebuild the UCLA Annual Fund phonathon program resulted in record-breaking results during his first year.

Mr. Arrington then joined the University of Iowa Foundation to work on behalf of his alma mater. As assistant director of annual giving, Mr. Arrington guided many successful direct mail and phonathon campaigns. The first year under his leadership, the UI phonathon program also had record-breaking results.

Mr. Arrington returned to RuffaloCODY in 2004, eventually becoming manager of client services where he oversaw a project management team for several on-campus phonathon programs.

Through Mr. Arrington's guidance, institutions will learn best practices in areas such as overall phonathon program analysis, recruiting and retaining quality student-fundraisers, scheduling and training. Anthony's goal is to formulate recommendations that will help increase profitability for his clients. Mr. Arrington helps create efficient and productive phonathon programs in coordination with comprehensive annual fund plans. He has quality experience in managing multiple fundraising projects, providing quality assessments of phonathon strategies and offering overall solutions that allow phonathon and annual giving programs to exceed their goals.

Mr. Arrington earned a bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from the University of Iowa. He resides in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
