BUILD YOUR AGENDA
The Advancement Solutions Consulting team offers comprehensive phonathon consulting aimed at maximizing the productivity of your call center. Using a best practices approach from our time on hundreds of college campuses, we will thoroughly review all components of your phone program, discuss our findings with you, and deliver a written analysis that highlights the strengths of your program and offers our recommendations for areas that can be improved.
Our consulting philosophy is to tailor our service to match your needs. Before the visit, we build an agenda that caters to those areas of your program you deem most critical. It can include a portion, or all, of the areas of focus mentioned below. Feel free to request topics not on this list.

FLEXIBILITY
Because each agenda is specifically crafted to fit your program, flexibility can be built into the on-campus evaluation. Our consultants are available to you during normal business hours and at night during the calling shift. Administrative and planning discussions typically happen during the day, while strategy sessions and calling shift observations happen at night. We will partner with your staff to determine the
best way to conduct our analysis.
