Our Model

The ultimate goal of our Planned Giving ID program is to identify and verify bequests, gift annuities and other major current or deferred gifts for you. We will immediately “hand off” to your development staff the critical and timely donor information we obtain from our discovery process.

Our Planned Giving ID program uses a proven relationship-building model:

Identification
We analyze your file using a combination of giving trends, donor characteristics and enhanced data to select the best donors to call.

Qualification
Specially trained RuffaloCODY callers have a meaningful phone conversation with your Planned Giving prospects. During the call we gather information to gauge the prospect’s knowledge of Planned Giving and their interest in giving to your organization.

Cultivation
We combine the data gathered from speaking with your donors with your donor’s data profile to produce the RuffaloCODY Prospect Donor Report. This provides an accurate assessment of an annual fund donor’s interest and value as a Planned Giving prospect.

Education
RuffaloCODY helps you easily manage sending information to those prospects that desire additional information about Planned Giving/estate planning and those prospects that would like more information about the value of Planned Giving and how to make a gift to your institution.

Stewardship
RuffaloCODY is committed to helping you develop lifelong relationships with your donors. In addition to providing you with detailed reports on all the donors we call, we call all new and possible Planned Giving prospects. Working closely with your development office, we tell your donors which member of your Planned Giving development staff will follow-up with them. We stay in touch with your Planned Giving officers to ensure that our program produces positive moves with your donors.
