CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
We would like to extend an offer for you to speak at this year’s Software Users Group. This year’s event is in Boston, MA from July 30- August 1, 2012. It’s an opportunity to gather with other development professionals, exchange best practices, and discuss fundraising trends and the functionality of phonathon software/future enhancements.
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS PROCESS
Presentation topics will be accepted from December 15, 2011 — January 31, 2012, and all submissions will be acknowledged via e-mail upon receipt. Please provide the following information when submitting your idea:
• Proposal Title or Topic addressed
• Proposed Objectives and Brief Description
• Proposed Submission Contact Information
Presenter obligations and agreements:
1. Register for the conference
2. Submit a portrait photo, biography, presentation, handouts and AV support requirements by the deadlin
3. Submit a final presentation and handouts to RufaloCODY 30 days before the conference
4. Allow RuffaloCODY to post copies of your presentation outline after the conference
