MoonFire developed the award-winning DialVision
CIM software in 1994 as a generic product to be used by any organization involved in inbound or outbound telephone interactions with customers and prospects. Our first market niche was non-profit organizations such as colleges, universities, and traditional non-profits and is flexible enough to be used in for-profit sectors as well. Organizations can use the software through traditional licensing, or they can rent the software over the Internet.

Web-based Application and Software Dialer
DialVision is a 100% web-based application and software dialer. Agents access the software through a web browser. The SQL Server database is accessed via the web server. The servers and database may be in the same room as the agents, or the servers and database literally could be half way around the world. An internet link is all it takes for the agent to get access to the database.
