MoonFire entered the industry by offering fully-featured telemarketing software with Progressive Dialing to colleges and universities by installing its first version at Brigham Young University in 1994 with a 35-seat system. Now, more than 60 universities use DialVision.

Since then, DialVision has been completely re-written as a 100% Web-based CIM application for a wide range of businesses, that can be installed locally or rented via the Internet from our ASP platform. MoonFire offers DialVision under either a “pure” ASP or “Managed” ASP agreement.
