Todd joined the Enrollment Management team at RuffaloCODY in 2007, bringing with him 14 years of progressive enrollment experience. Of those, 11 years were spent at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, WA. Before leaving Saint Martin’s, Todd was a member of the senior leadership team as the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, a role in which he oversaw the operations of the undergraduate admissions and financial aid programs. He also worked a great deal in the overall marketing of the University, as well as with all retention efforts.
During Todd’s tenure at Saint Martin’s, the school experienced its highest enrollment growth in the school’s history. This growth was due, in large part, to the use of RuffaloCODY’s qualification tool, Enrollment Strategy Profiler (ESP), which he began using in 2004, as well as the student search tool, Enhanced Search Strategies (ESS). Over a three-year period from 2004-2007 the freshman class doubled in size.
While at Saint Martin’s, Todd was also involved in national, regional, and state professional organizations such as NACAC, PNACAC, NCCAA, and the College Board. He served on the executive board of both PNACAC and the National Catholic College Admissions Association (NCCAA).
Todd brings unquestioned enthusiasm for the role that enrollment management brings to higher education today and the tools that RuffaloCODY offers in enhancing an enrollment manager’s operation.
Originally from Boise, ID Todd currently lives in Olympia, WA with his wife Pam, daughter Katelyn, and son Drew. In his spare time Todd enjoys playing as much golf as possible (basketball is no longer feasible) and teaching Drew the art of “patience.”
