Leigh-Ann joined RuffaloCODY in 2011, bringing with her 14 years of enrollment experience.
Upon graduation from Wagner College in New York City, she began her admissions career at her alma mater. Committed to recruiting the “right” students for her institution, for many years Leigh-Ann traveled extensively in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, DC, and Virginia before becoming the Director of Admissions in 2002.
Under her direction the College experienced a significant growth in undergraduate applications, ethnic and geographic diversity, and academic quality. Wagner experienced its largest undergraduate application pool in its history during Leigh-Ann’s tenure as Dean for Admission and Enrollment, a position in which she also supervised Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid. Beyond her enrollment office experience, Leigh-Ann also has knowledge of higher education marketing and sales from her time as an Account Executive at The Princeton Review in Manhattan. She holds an MBA in Management.

Passionate in her belief in the efficacy of our services (as she witnessed firsthand), Leigh-Ann partners with many institutions in New York and New Jersey, developing strategies for reaching their individual enrollment goals.
