Kate Nash

Creative Services Manager

Kate joined the RuffaloCODY team in 2008. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2006 with degrees in Journalism and Mass Communications and Political Science. For two years, she worked as a business and government reporter for the Iowa City Press-Citizen.

During college, Kate gained writing and editing experience as editor-in-chief of ISU’s student newspaper, the Iowa State Daily — working on stories for nearly every section, as well as copy editing, designing, and marketing of the newspaper. She also spent a summer promoting a new music venue in Cedar Rapids. After graduation and internships in Omaha and Washington, D.C. and before joining RuffaloCODY, Kate worked at the Iowa City Press-Citizen covering business and local government.

As Creative Services Manager, Kate directs a team of writers and graphic designers who produce materials for clients. She enjoys creative challenges and being a part of product development and evolution. Kate spends most of her time on staff development, product brainstorming, and process improvement.

Kate grew up in a small town in eastern Iowa and has a brother and two sisters scattered throughout the Midwest. She enjoys reading, cooking, vacationing, and spending time touring old, historic homes.
