Jennifer Hladik joined RuffaloCODY’s Strategic Fundraising Services division in January 2011 as a Vice President and Consultant representing RuffaloCODY clients in CASE District VI (Mid-America). She has extensive experience in annual giving, phonathon development and management; and the solicitation of annual, major, and planned gifts.
Before joining RuffaloCODY, Jennifer spent more than ten years in the advancement field. As Director of Annual Giving for St. Paul Academy and Summit School in St. Paul, Minnesota, Jennifer created an annual comprehensive strategic plan, developed a reunion giving plan, and directed all facets of the institution’s marketing, stewardship, and solicitation activities.
Prior to that, Jennifer spent nine years as a member of the development staff at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where she served in various phonathon, solicitation, marketing, and advancement managerial capacities. While at St. Thomas, she experienced the RuffaloCODY model of off-site and on-campus phonathon management firsthand — as a RuffaloCODY client. Jennifer has also been on the front lines of the phonathon, having served as a student-caller and student phonathon manager at the university for four years before joining the staff as Telemarketing Administrator. As administrator, she directly managed the daily operations of a 25-station calling program for seven years, achieving 54% growth in pledges and 47% growth in pledged dollars; and continued to oversee RuffaloCODY’s on-campus management of the phonathon.
In her role as Development Officer, and later as Senior Development Officer for the university, Jennifer also was responsible for managing, qualifying, soliciting, and stewarding annual, capital, and planned gifts, and identifying growth strategies and tactics for the university’s development campaigns. She managed the reunion giving program, and developed a successful model for the senior class giving program, taking it from 12% to 39% participation rate.
Jennifer is a member of the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and has participated in numerous CASE professional development conferences. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
