Information Services Manager
Fritz joined RuffaloCODY in 2002 after graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. He began his career as a Support Analyst working with the CAMPUSCALL product. Shortly after joining RuffaloCODY, he was partnered with a coworker, Charlene, (who also happened to fill the original position he applied for) at his first company golf outing. They ended up getting married.
After about a year in CAMPUSCALL support, Fritz pursued a new opportunity with Residential Management Systems in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he upgraded client servers and migrated databases to handle a new web-based version of RMS’ housing management software.
Before getting too settled into life in Raleigh, Fritz took a new Conversion Analyst position with RuffaloCODY in 2004. In this role he designed and created interfaces to transfer data between CAMPUSCALL and client development databases. He also assisted in new software implementations and performed Crystal Reports training. In 2005 he was promoted to Manager of Information Services in the Enrollment Management division.
As Manager of IS, Fritz continues to expand his understanding of admissions. His creative thinking and knowledge of technical systems has benefited both clients and internal operations. Fritz leads the Information Services team through the ever-evolving demands of enrollment management while also maintaining the highest quality service.
