Frank joined RuffaloCODY in 2003, bringing with him more than 17 years of enrollment management experience.

With hands-on experience in recruitment, admission, financial aid, retention, marketing, communication, and print services, Frank brings enthusiasm and a broad range of expertise to his clients.

Frank began his admissions career in 1984 at Waynesburg University in southwestern Pennsylvania, where he served in the admissions and financial aid offices. While at Waynesburg he earned a Master’s degree in business administration. After a brief stint in the private sector, he returned to higher education as Director of Admissions at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. He has also served in enrollment management leadership positions at Quincy University in Quincy, IL (1992-1996) and Saint Joseph’s College, Rensselaer, IN (1996-2003). During his final two years at Saint Joseph’s College he successfully utilized RuffaloCODY’s qualification tool (RCQ). In the first year RCQ was implemented, freshman applications and enrollment increased by 25 percent and 16 percent, respectively.

Throughout his tenure in higher education he has been active in national, state, and regional professional organizations and has served as President of the Mid America Catholic Colleges (MACC) organization and Chair of the Small College Issues Committee of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). Frank is based in Kenosha, WI.
