A 26-year veteran college admissions professional, Doug joined RuffaloCODY in 2010.
Doug brings with him vast expertise in recruitment, marketing, financial aid, and budget management. He has directed admissions and enrollment at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH; Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA; and Walsh University in North Canton, OH.
Through each of these experiences, Doug has had a strong history of increasing applications and enrollment through web-based technology, email and print communications, and campus visits. Through market and geodemographic research, he has helped colleges cultivate new recruitment territories and has developed market strategies to increase enrollment in graduate programs.
Swartz earned a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Walsh University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Malone College in Canton, OH. He is based in eastern Pennsylvania.
