Cutler Andrews joined RuffaloCODY’s MASTERS Division in December 2010 as a Vice President and Senior Consultant, bringing with him more than seven years of advancement experience at a variety of organizations.  He represents MASTERS clients in the Southeastern U.S.

Cutler most recently served as Director of Major Gifts at the North Carolina Children’s Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC, where he managed a portfolio of major gift prospects and consulted with pediatric divisions on their annual giving and major gift plans.  Previously, as Director of Alumni Affairs and the Annual Fund at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health in Chapel Hill, he experienced the RuffaloCODY model of on-campus phonathon management firsthand — as a RuffaloCODY client.  Also during his time at UNC, he managed a highly successful annual giving program which saw overall dollars increase by 124% and donors increase by 15%.

As Development Director at the Orange County Rape Crisis Center in Chapel Hill, Cutler developed an supervised the organization’s advancement strategy, secured grants, raised community awareness and helped increase revenues more than 70% over two years through the use of innovative auctions.

Cutler holds an MBA (2010) and undergraduate degree (2003) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with highest honors.

Cutler has been active in the Triangle Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, including serving on the board and co-chairing the mentoring committee.  He and his family reside in Chapel Hill, NC.
