Client Services Manager
Christina joined the RuffaloCODY team in 2008 after seven-plus years at Concordia University-St. Paul (MN). Christina was the Director of Admission Operations in her last two years there. Her responsibilities included managing search; writing, planning and implementing recruitment-through-matriculation communication plans for undergraduate, degree completion, and graduate students; collaborating with Marketing to develop creative for external and internal constituents; managing the support staff and student workers; budget controller; and training, maintaining, and supporting Concordia’s Banner system for admission and marketing.
Christina was a RuffaloCODY client and had secretly hoped she’d have the opportunity to join the company. Now, along with the RuffaloCODY Enrollment Management team, she is excited to partner with clients to create strategic and tactical plans using RuffaloCODY products and services that will increase institutional success.
In her free time Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, Nate, and their Doberman. Her hobbies include photography, scrapbooking, and hanging out on her deck with family and friends.
