Betsy joined the Enrollment Management team at RuffaloCODY in 2011, bringing with her seven years of enrollment management experience.
She began her admissions career in 2004 as an admissions counselor at her alma mater, Wartburg College in Waverly, IA and was soon promoted to Assistant Director of Admissions. In 2007, she became Associate Director of Admissions Recruitment, and in this role she assumed direct supervision of all admissions counselor recruitment efforts while maintaining her recruitment responsibilities in the College’s primary, highest conversion territories. In addition, Betsy served as the liaison between Wartburg and RuffaloCODY. Having worked with RuffaloCODY as a client, she has experienced firsthand how effective these tools can be in helping an institution meet its goals.
In 2010, Betsy became the Assistant Campus Director at Ross Medical Education Center in Grand Rapids, MI. During her time at Ross, she oversaw the admissions, financial aid, and career development teams.
Based in Michigan, Betsy enjoys working with potential clients in assessing their needs and helping them identify new ways to meet their objectives.
