Summary of Services

Annual Fund Consultation and Strategy
A RuffaloCODY project team is assembled to design and implement your program including a calling calendar, operating plan and recommendations designed to increase the overall effectiveness of your phonathon program.   

On-Site Phonathon Management
An experienced RuffaloCODY phonathon manager is dedicated to the recruitment, retention, and on-going training of your student-calling team and supervises all phonathon sessions.

CAMPUSCALL® Automation
Each Graduate Services Program is conducted with our industry-leading automated phonathon system. CAMPUSCALL offers progressive dialing capabilities, allowing student callers sufficient time to prepare for each call. With CAMPUSCALL, clients also have access to the HEP matching gift database.

Data Research and Management
Before loading your data into our CAMPUSCALL system, RuffaloCODY will verify and update existing phone numbers as well as add phone numbers where they are missing.

E-Strategy
Utilizing RuffaloCODY’s email delivery system, your constituents receive electronic communication, which can include pre-call messages and next-day pledge confirmations.
