We are pleased to announce that Admissions Lab, and the Enrollment Manager CRM, are becoming part of RuffaloCODY.

These two companies have shared core qualities: a team of experienced enrollment professionals with centuries of in-the-field experience, the same enrollment philosophy, and belief in the power of partnership with our clients.

In acquiring Admissions Lab, RuffaloCODY is incorporating into our services a powerful technology that will help us to understand even better the factors at play in today’s recruitment environment. With that understanding we can shape relevant strategies for our clients.

The Basics:

  • The Admissions Lab team is joining the RuffaloCODY team, adding another 150 years to our five centuries of combined enrollment experience.
  • Admission Lab’s Enrollment Manager CRM will be available through RuffaloCODY; it joins our suite of services.
  • RuffaloCODY is becoming the single largest user of the technology, with Enrollment Manager powering our internal data management for all RuffaloCODY client services.

What it Means for RuffaloCODY:

  • Given the breadth of our services and volume of student records we work with and analyze, the level of back-end intelligence we will gain will offer an unprecedented understanding of today’s recruitment environment, which we term the Admissions Stream. We will be able to assess how key components and factors within the Stream interact.
  • From this intelligence we can provide timely and meaningful service enhancements, new offerings, and new capabilities.
  • While these insights will help us evolve and adapt Enrollment Manager itself, they will also shape our overall approach to enrollment, all of our services, and the expertise we bring to you.
  • Institutions that choose to utilize Enrollment Manager as their on-campus CRM in conjunction with other RuffaloCODY services, will, in time, experience a seamless data process between their campus and RuffaloCODY, and they will be able to enhance the ways in which they act upon RuffaloCODY campaign results.

What it Means for Our Clients:

  • Data management will be enhanced for clients of current RuffaloCODY services. Institutions utilizing more than one service will reap the reward of transparency between services: data will no longer be “siloed,” and will instead flow from one service to the next.
  • It is not necessary to utilize the Enrollment Manager CRM on your campus to use any RuffaloCODY service. Clients will have access to the RuffaloCODY-Enrollment Manager platform to access program results and run reports.
  • Similarly, current Enrollment Manager clients are not required to utilize any additional services from RuffaloCODY. The Admissions Lab team is joining the RuffaloCODY team, and the Admissions Lab staff you already know will be here to focus on the service and enhance the support we are able to provide you.
  • Institutions who are utilizing a RuffaloCODY service(s) and Enrollment Manager as their CRM will ultimately experience transparency between their campus data and the RuffaloCODY data. This will offer a stronger capability to act upon campaign results in timely and specific ways. The implications for enhancing your engagement with prospective students will be substantial.
