On-Campus Locations Across North America Program Center Managers are responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the telephone fundraising efforts for the Annual Fund of a college or university. The Program Center Manager position offers the opportunity for management, client relations and fundraising exposure. Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include development and management of student supervisors (where applicable) and recruiting, hiring and training of student fundraisers. The Program Center Manager performs daily, weekly and long-term statistical analysis; serves as on-site liaison to our clients and maintains the integrity of a RuffaloCODY managed site. Program Center Managers relocate to a host institution working with an institution to improve their fundraising efforts. There are occasionally opportunities for traveling positions. This position is a full-time, salaried role with benefits. RuffaloCODY Program Center Managers traditionally maintain a Sunday thru Thursday schedule of afternoon and evening hours (12:30 pm – 9:30 pm in most areas, schedules may vary based upon institution).

The Calling Center offers flexible scheduling Sunday from 2:00 – 5:00pm, 5:30 – 8:30 and Monday thru Thursday 6:30 – 9:30 pm. Student Fundraisers are required to select and work 3 shifts each week. Flexible scheduling, $12.75 hourly rate, tuition assistance and bonus/promotion opportunities are available.
