Polly Blasko joined RuffaloCODY’s Nonprofit Services Division in October 2009 as a Vice President and Consultant, bringing more than 12 years of advancement experience at a number of institutions of higher learning and an extensive background with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District VIII, where she served as a board member and conference chair.

Polly cultivates new partnerships and works with existing RuffaloCODY clients located in CASE District VII (California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona) and CASE District VIII (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and western Canada). She most recently served as Assistant Dean of Development for the College of Agricultural & Life Sciences at the University of Idaho in Moscow, where she worked with her team to secure a $3 million gift from a new donor and collaborated to close one of the largest gifts benefitting the University during 2008.

Previously, as Director of College Advancement and Executive Director of the Lewis-Clark State College Foundation, she tripled the foundation’s endowment in two years; doubled the number of alumni donations and increased private donations by 67% in a single year; added 27 new endowed scholarships; and solicited the three largest gifts ever endowed to the college -- while at the same time surpassing telefundraising goals by 20%.

Polly also served in key development positions with Washington State University and the University of Idaho. She graduated from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, where she still resides.
