Jackie Gregory joined RuffaloCODY in October 2009 as Director of Enrollment Management Business Development, bringing more than a decade of progressive enrollment management experience at Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York.

As Director of Admissions at Hartwick, Jackie entered into a partnership with RuffaloCODY’s Enrollment Management division, leveraging its Enhanced Search Strategies and Enrollment Strategy Profiler programs. She credits that partnership with reversing a streak of missed enrollment goals and helping to increase Hartwick’s application numbers and enrollment totals, surpassing the institution’s goals for three straight years and funding additional Admissions initiatives with the associated cost savings.

Previously at Hartwick, Jackie served as Senior Associate Director of Admissions, where she supervised the department’s day-to-day operations. Earlier, as Associate Director of Admissions, her responsibilities included territorial recruitment and the coordination of on-campus admissions events; and as Director of Student Affordability Programs, she developed new initiatives in the Financial Aid office regarding the techniques employed for interacting with students and their families.

Also during her tenure at Hartwick, she established a joint position bridging the Admissions and Financial Aid departments prior to the creation of a dedicated Enrollment Management office at the institution.

Following her graduation from Salisbury University in Maryland, Jackie served as a Management Analyst in the Electronic Information Department of the U.S. Government Printing Office in Washington, D.C. She currently resides in Otego, NY.
