Cynthia joined RuffaloCODY in August 2003 as Vice President, Nonprofit Services. An alumnus of the
University of Pennsylvania, she brings with her 18 years of telephone fundraising, membership and
ticket sales experience. She has provided in excess of 1,000 telephone programs to the nonprofit
world helping to not only reach goals but also many times surpass them.
Cynthia became the Program Manager at Telefund Management Incorporated (later known as The
Development Center) in 1984. Here she managed 50 fundraisers that helped raise millions of
annual fund, capital campaign, and membership dollars.
In 1988, she became the firm's Marketing Director and set upon the path of growing the firm to a
national presence. With hundreds of fundraising and membership clients, in 1993, she was selected
by Business Philadelphia as one of the "Top 100 People To Watch." In 1994, she was pleased to
work closely with many of the universities in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education
during Governor Casey's Jumpstart Program in which the state matched capital expenditures three
to one.
Cynthia has served on the development committee on Neumann College in Pennsylvania and is
committed to serving her community. As Board President of H.E.R.O. (Helping Energize and
Rebuild Ourselves), she has helped organize homeless housing and instigate an after school
program. Her chief accomplishment in this role included securing an abandoned lot in one of the
worst urban areas in Philadelphia and creating an oasis - a garden that ultimately won the award
by the Philadelphia Horticultural Society as "Community Garden Large."
Currently residing in Malvern, Pennsylvania, Cynthia is a current member of AFP, AHP, and CASE.
