54 RuffaloCODY employees from the Cedar Rapids area participated on bowling teams in the 2011 ‘Bowl for Kids Sake’ event on February 15th to raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cedar Rapids & East Central Iowa. RuffaloCODY raised just over $9,100 when the ‘casual dress’ proceeds for January and February were combined with the total raised by the bowlers.
The amount raised last year was slightly over $8,000 in 2010; and $5,000 was raised in 2009 … so this year’s total represented a healthy overall increase. RuffaloCODY was a corporate sponsor of the event.
RuffaloCODY is proud to be the recipient of the first CASE VI Business Partner Award for outstanding dedication and support to be presented in seven years! The award was presented during the the CASE VI Conference in Kansas City last month.
After winning a CASE VI Resource Partner Award in 2003, RuffaloCODY became the first-ever GOLD SPONSOR when the CASE VI Sponsorship Program was revamped in 2008. In 2011, we are proud to be the only GOLD-PLUS SPONSOR.
In fact, RuffaloCODY has been supporting the mission, vision and values of CASE District VI — and CASE nationwide — since the early 1990s. We believe the advocacy and training CASE provides is a vital resource for educational institutions, and we plan to continue that support.
