The Enrollment Management Center Manager will oversee all operations of a calling center located in a college campus facility. The main responsibilities of this position are coordination with clients to establish a call center and calling program and assisting student callers in their telecounseling efforts. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the recruiting, hiring and training processes for calling staff and regular client interaction. The manager will analyze statistical efficiency reports and coordinate efforts to maintain productive calling programs throughout the recruitment cycle.
