Duane Jasper

Duane Jasper’s interest and involvement with nonprofit organizations began in 1985 while he attended Kirkwood Community College and Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and worked for Teleconnect, an Iowa-based telecommunications company. Duane worked in the Nonprofit Division, which conducted philanthropic programs and marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations. He held several leadership positions and was involved in developing the operational structure of the division as the client base grew. He also worked with RuffaloCODY founder, Al Ruffalo, who served as president of the Nonprofit Division.

In 1991, Duane joined RuffaloCODY, a newly formed corporation dedicated to providing services to the nonprofit community. As one of the company’s first employees, Duane helped develop initial company products and service offerings, while continuing to focus on operational and sales management responsibilities.

In 1998, Duane was named president. His commitment to providing focused leadership to RuffaloCODY and superior products and services to its clients is unmatched.

Duane is also very active in the community. He is married and the father of six children.  He currently serves as a board member for the YMCA of Linn County, Big Brothers & Big Sisters and Saints Baseball. In addition he is the a member of the Development Committee for Xavier High School in Cedar Rapids.
